Please note you will need to review the 1996 Codification AND check ordinances adopted since then for the most current ordinance until recodification is complete. That process is underway and expected to take till at least late 2024.

The Village is in the process of creating more user friendly database of code and ordinances along with updates to code. That process is not expected to be completed until at least late 2024 due to the large volume of work and review this involves. Until then, ordinances adopted since the last codification (and some from before) are available at the following link.
